Josie & Jean ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect - When you shop, create a registry or join our list, we collect information such as your name, contact details, collection details and order history. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment provider (Yoco) and are not stored by us.

How we use it - To process and prepare your orders, manage registries, respond to enquiries, and - only if you've opted in - send occasional updates. We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with - Only the service providers who help us run the shop (such as our payment gateway), and only as needed to fulfil your order.

Your choices - You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@josieandjean.co.za.
