Welcome to Josie & Jean. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following.

Products & pricing - We do our best to describe and price everything accurately. Colours may vary slightly on screen. If an error means an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before charging or fulfilling. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Orders - Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm and accept it once payment reflects and your item is prepared. If something is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange a swap, credit or refund.

Payment - We accept card payments via Yoco and manual EFT. EFT orders are prepared once payment reflects; please use your order number as reference.

Collection - See our Shipping & Collection policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection.

Returns - See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
